To become licensed as a property manager in South Carolina, a 30-hour course is required. We cover the topics you can expect to see on the PSI Exam, which you must pass in order to receive your license. The course is taught in two formats: days and weekends. The day class meets Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm for one week; the weekend class meets Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm for two weekends. The tuition is $275, which includes the course and all books and materials.
