Villas

The uniqueness of the Villas is their Old World Charm. Villas are small condominiums grouped both four to a unit and two to a unit. They come in two distinctive architectural styles; white arched Spanish and southwestern adobe brick with red tile portal roofs. These uniquely southwestern and Spanish style villas are available with one or two bedrooms and include a walled-in front patio and one assigned parking space. Some of the Villas also have an enclosed utility room on the back.
