This service is free to the GVC membership. A $10.00 fee is charged to nonmembers. Staff members, Lisa Coker, Jessica Ecker, Amy Cordova, and Floanne Morgan have taken the State of Arizona test and are bonded and certified Notary Publics. Services are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday by appointment only. To avoid any delay if staff is unavailable or out of the office, we suggest that you call for an appointment before arriving at the office.
