What to expect at your Naturopathic Visit:

• To ask as many questions as you have about yourself and your health and have them answered to your satisfaction.
• To have a space provided that feels comfortable enough to share anything that feels pertinent to understanding you as a whole person.
• More time spent with your provider, to create a deeper relationship for overall better health outcomes.
• To leave more educated about the human body and your specific areas of vitality and dysfunction.
• To feel heard, seen, and appreciated just as you currently are while also feeling inspired to see your health from a different perspective.
• The choice of an in-person or telemedicine visit, depending on your preference.
• The initial intake is divided into 2 visits; first, a 1.5-hour intake, with another 30-minute visit 7-10 days later to review lifestyle and treatment recommendations.
