Our medical services include checkups with our board-certified providers, annual physicals, cancer screenings, assistance with ongoing health issues such as high blood pressure or diabetes, specialist referrals, and much more.

That’s why our services are free or low-cost and our board-certified medical providers do everything from regular checkups to helping you keep track of ongoing health issues. We serve everyone in the community, and we also specialize in the health needs of LGBT individuals. LGBTQ+ Healthcare

APLA Health’s mission is to increase healthcare equity for underserved communities, especially the LGBTQ+ community. We provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ patients and clients to receive inclusive services and care. We offer trust and open communication to improve care, and ultimately the health of LGBTQ+ people.

Our primary care services for LGBTQ+ individuals include (but are not limited to):

• Wellness visits
• Chronic disease management
• Vaccinations
• Blood work
• Prescriptions
• PrEP and PEP case management
• Routine STD and HIV testing
• Gender-affirming hormone therapy

We also offer dental and behavioral health medical care and support programs for people living with HIV.
