At LGA, the process isn’t just something we do. It’s who we are.

Any firm can build a box on a site. Our focus is on what buildings accomplish for the people who work, live and play within them.

All projects start with our discovery process, a collaborative engagement between our team and yours, in which we go beyond the “what” and the “how” to get to the “why.” In the true spirit of discovery, we begin with no answers, only questions. We talk about a wide range of subjects, including economic, social and environmental goals and objectives.  We seek to learn as much as we can about your needs, intentions, and dreams. Out of these discussions, an authentic solution emerges, one that engages the purpose and potential of your project. It may not be the answer you had originally anticipated. But it’s the right one because we arrive at it together.
