What’s the next step? Do we need to be doing anything? Is this normal? How is the market? You will have lots of questions along the way. Communication probably should have been #1 on the list.  Our team will communicate with you regularly regarding buyers, agents, offers, statuses, and anything that relates to the sale of your home.  We will personally answer your phone calls, and if we don’t have an answer for you, we will do my best to find the answer.

In a typical transaction, we will share over 100 phone calls, emails, text messages, and other forms of communication.  You are trusting your most valuable material asset to our team at Washburn Real Estate.  We will do our best to communicate well and to communicate regularly.
